I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Holistic Counsellor and Intuitive Mentor with a soul purpose to awaken and empower women.

At challenging times throughout my soul journey, I was so busy doing, achieving and striving that I lost my practice of self-love and purpose. I wasn’t caring for myself and gave my power away in relationships. Through these important lessons, I started evolving into my true self. I learned my soul journey was about loving and honouring me first, listening to my inner guidance, living authentically and having boundaries. These gifts revealed my purpose: to awaken and empower women, expanding their awareness to honour and unconditionally love and accept themselves.

I believe that everyone holds the key to their own healing and optimum well-being. Working intuitively with Reiki, ThetaHealing, Chakra Healing and Holistic Counselling as a means of both facilitating your healing journey and connecting you to your higher guidance, we will focus on core beliefs, inner child healing, shadow integration, boundaries practice, conscious communication, self-compassion, understanding and expressing feelings, unhealthy patterns, and ailments and disease, to help you heal and align with your most authentic self.

To optimise every session, every energy healing is intuitively tailored to your intention to clear any energetic blocks so that you can come back into connection with the radiance of who you truly activating your authentic feminine power.
