About

I am a certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master and Crystal Healer at The Wellness Point in Agawam, MA. I studied at the John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Healing in New Hampshire. My reiki lineage is as follows: Lourdes Gray; John Harvey Gray; Hawayo Takata; Dr.; Chujiro Hayashi; Dr. Mikao Usui.

I am a former high school English teacher turned stay-at-home-mom. I decided to step away from public school teaching in order to help others outside the classroom on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. In the future, I plan on becoming a Reiki Master Teacher so I can share my passion for energy healing with students of all ages.

I love weight lifting, running, triathlon training, creative writing, and gardening. I'm also a budding herbalist and love working in my gardens when I'm not playing with my daughter. Many reiki blessings!
