I combine transformational life coaching (Master's in Counseling) with intuitive/spiritual guidance, and Reiki/energy healing to help my clients transform patterns in their lives. I often also take a Shamanic approach to healing past trauma and patterns, which still may be subconscious. We also focus on how these patterns may affect physical health, helping my clients to create more mind/body/spirit wellness and wholeness in their lives.
Reiki and Energy Healing - One Hour - Virtual (also have 30 min)

I combine Reiki with other energy healing techniques, such as Nokti and Aqualead, to assist my clients in creating a greater level of body/mind/spirit wholeness in their lives. I often use energy healing along with life coaching, and intuitive/spiritual guidance to help others to heal the effects of past traumas and patterns which do not serve them.
Reiki Classes - all levels - Virtual

I have trained many people in Reiki since 2004, both in groups and one-on-one. I now offer all levels of Reiki classes virtually (yes, the attunements work!). I teach Usui Reiki, but often include information not included in other classes. Please contact me for my class schedule.
