While health is considered a state of well-being, personal wellness is an active, unique, dynamic process of change and growth to reach one’s fullest potential.  It is comprised of eight different components: spiritual, emotional, intellectual, physical, social, environmental, financial, and occupational.

Why is this important? Because wellness is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. You need a good balance between all these important areas of your life.  While eight dimensions may appear to be overwhelming, let's simplify by focusing on our bodies.  According to intuitive, Jill Willard, our bodies are made up of four distinct parts: physical, emotional, mental (intellectual) and spiritual and the goal is to be balanced in all four parts.  This is the roadmap to health, wellness, and understanding our true being.

At Inner Dimensions Wellness, together we look at balancing the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects by offering sessions for meditation (mind), fitness (body), and (spirit) Reiki. This in turn assists in balancing and improving our mental health.

Offering virtual sessions for all and in person for those locally.
