Reiki is energy. Reiki is the spiritual or life force energy that flows through all living things. This universal life force energy is directly connected to our health and well-being.  Reiki is a method to help the body release stress and tension through deep relaxation.

​Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word Rei when translated means "Spiritually Guided," "Sacred," "Holy," "Infinite Wisdom," "Divine," or “Universal” and Ki means “Life Force Energy,” "Chi," "Prana," or "Spirit."

​Everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. Reiki Practitioners transmit this Life Force Energy through the hands, thoughts, and chakras contained within the human energy system.

Reiki restores energy balance and vitality by relieving the physical and emotional effects of unreleased stress.  Reiki is powerful, yet gentle and nurturing and can be an effective alternative or complement to massage therapy.

Reiki treatment is restorative, healing, and balancing, bringing great relief from the pressures and pains of day-to-day living, restoring vitality and well-being, and aiding in the healing process of any physical condition, whether short or long-term. Mental clarity and calm are restored and the recipient is empowered. Empowered to live a fulfilling life.
