You can be going about your day, or you can lay or sit quietly and comfortably.
Michel incorporates the use of singing bowls and crystals. At the beginning and following each Reiki session, you’ll communicate together by phone or video call. This time is spent first sharing intentions and need to be addressed, and then afterwards, sharing impressions.

Every new client receives a free consultation, where Michel can share more about Reiki, what to expect in the session and to answer any questions you may have.
