Mental health issues come in many different forms yet it can be so hard to find the right solution. It can be even harder when the traditional methods of talk therapy don’t seem to be working. But there is hope - solution based therapy can offer a new approach to help you find relief.
What is Solution Based Therapy?
Solution based therapy is a form of brief therapy that focuses on finding solutions to the issues that you are facing rather than dwelling on the problem.
This type of therapy is based on the idea that you have the inner resources to find solutions to your problems, and by working with me, you can access those resources.
I will help to identify the problem, break it down into manageable steps, and then work with you to find solutions that will help you cope with your problems.

This is a 4 week program of 1 hour weekly meetings either in person at my Melton Mowbray room or via Zoom.

If after your 4 weeks are up you can of course still choose to book more sessions with me.
