Welcome! You are in the right place. My name is Tracy and I’m an occupational therapist with certifications in bioenergetic healing including Reiki I, Reiki II, and Reiki III. My passion is helping those who haven’t been successful with managing pain using traditional therapy, medication, and/or surgery.

A Japanese technique where the therapist provides progressive relaxation to each of the bodies energy centers using gentile touch. The therapist provides guidance in connecting to the sacred breath and self by teaching you to slowly letting go of the day to day worries. Music and aromatherapy can be used to help facilitate the nervous system to move from fight or flight state. The therapist helps to clear energy blocks in the body and to release those blocks to allow improved clarity and peace in your day to day life.
