💜 If you cannot find the confirmation email in your inbox within 5-10 minutes; please look inside your junk or spam folder as your email system may have mistakenly blocked or filtered out our email.
Q: How can I make sure I always get your emails in the future?

Q: I've checked my junk/spam folder and still cannot find the email, what should I do?
💜 You can access your Zoom Reading booking information including the Zoom link you'll need to join the meeting with Adéle via your personal Booking Information dashboard. Click Here to go to your Booking dashboard now.
Q: How can I contact Adele if I need to reschedule my Reading with her?
💜 If you need to reschedule your Zoom Reading for any reason with Adéle; Please Click Here now to go to your Booking dashboard. You can then simply click on the Pencil Icon next to your Booking to choose a new Day, Date and Time for your Zoom Reading with Adéle.
💜 Our automated booking system will then connect with our Zoom account and create a new meeting automatically and then update your Booking Information and your Zoom Meeting link for you inside your dashboard (Customer Panel).
