Mikao Usui Distant Reiki

Hi, my name is Anu.

I am a Reiki Master. I have been trained and attuned by two Masters, both up to Master Level and both from Mikao Usui lineage.

I have been helping people around the world through distant reiki and in person. People often say they feel lighter or calmer after a session. Some even fall asleep.

Currently all of the sessions I offer are distance healings so you can receive them from the privacy of your own home or favourite chair.

You do not need to do anything special to prepare for a reiki session. But you will want to make sure that you are in a comfortable position and in an area where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the session.

During the session, you may feel “nothing” or you may feel “a tingling sensation” “Warm or Cold”. You must trust that Reiki is an intuitive energy and will go where it is needed.

Reiki is NOT a substitute for Traditional Medicine. It is a complimentary therapy.

I will not diagnose, prescribe any illness or treatments.

I offer 3 different reiki sessions:
– 20 min session – This is great if you have limited time, its a great pick me up.
– 30 min session – Crystal Reiki session. Great for additional healing from the crystal energy.
– 60 min session, this session gives us a full hour to focus on the whole body with Crystals.
