RHA Complaints Policy & Procedure
THE COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
HOW TO RAISE A CONCERN OR MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT AN RHA MEMBER
At the Reiki Healing Association® (RHA), we are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism within the Reiki community. While we do not certify or regulate our members’ courses or professional practices, we do require all members to abide by our Code of Ethics.
As an international Reiki directory and community platform, we provide Reiki professionals with professional certification, promotional tools, and a professional listing service. We do not monitor, approve, or control the day-to-day practices, products, or services offered by individual members.
All members of the Reiki Healing Association (RHA) are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of the RHA, and the Association holds no legal responsibility for their individual practices, services, or conduct.
Inclusion in the RHA membership and directory does not constitute professional endorsement, accreditation, or validation of any member’s services, business practices, or qualifications. Members self-certify their qualifications and agree to follow our Code of Ethics at the time of joining.
RHA acts solely as a directory and professional network for Reiki practitioners. We do not act as an accrediting body or governing authority over individual members’ services or business activities.
However, we take genuine concerns about a member's Reiki-related conduct seriously—particularly if a clear breach of our Code of Ethics has occurred.
