Education and Work History:
Registered Nurse: 1973 to Present. I am currently a Hospice Nurse.


In my 51st year of a wonderful career in Nursing, now Holistic Nursing.

I have worked Med-Surg, ICU/CCU, OR,RR, ER, Dialysis and am also an Infusion Nurse Specialist CRNI. (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion)

RYT 200: I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with The Yoga Alliance. (since 2018 Living Yoga Teacher Training, Emmaus, PA.)

I am currently completing coursework for my RYT 500.

I provide my students with modifications, (more or less active), for every pose to meet the needs for their abilities and I also offer Reiki for the highest good of my students if desired by them.


SRM: Shinpiden Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher (Usui) (since 2016 The Reiki Healing Center in Media, PA.)

Member of the Yoga Alliance
Have completed coursework for YNTT

I am currently completing training for the Neuroscience of Yoga and the Science of Yogic Meditation.

Member of the Reiki Healing Association
I am currently completing coursework to provide Reiki for Animals.
I teach Reiki I,II and III.

Member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals

Member of the International Center for Reiki Training—William Rand

Member of the International House of Reiki.

I am CPR Certified and have I complete Child Abuse Prevention Training ongoing.

I am the Owner of Seasons of Life Yoga and Reiki, LLC

I am Blessed to be the Mother of 2 and a Step Mother of 2, all wonderful Children and am married to an equally wonderful man.

I am also Blessed to be a Grandmother of 5 wonderful Grandchildren.
