And when your energy session is over, I ensure you are provided the spiritual guidance and coaching to integrate prescribed spiritual hygiene practices into your everyday life.
I offer a blog on my website outlining 13 Chakras from the Earth Star to the Gateway Chakra. You may use this as a tool to access a myriad of spiritual and mindful practices to keep your vibrational frequency high, your chakras in tune and help manifest profound transformation in your life. I also offer a YouTube channel with meditations aligned to the 7 main chakras.
