I'm Simba — Usui Reiki Master Teacher, TRE® Certification Trainer, and founder of Internal Alchemy, based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

My work brings together Reiki, somatic release, nervous system regulation, fascia, breath, and tremor work into one integrated practice. What I've found, after 25 years in this field, is that the body already knows how to heal. The work is about creating the conditions that let it.

Most people who find their way to this work are already skilled. Healers, therapists, practitioners, leaders — people who have done serious training and shown up consistently for others. And yet something has a ceiling. There's a gap between what they know and what they can access in themselves, a place where the techniques stop and something less nameable begins. That gap is usually where the most important work is waiting.

Reiki was one of the first traditions that gave me a language for what the body was already doing — the way energy moves before thought catches up with it, the way a hand placed with attention can shift something that words couldn't reach. Over time, that understanding deepened through TRE®, craniosacral therapy, traditional Chinese medicine, and years of working directly with the nervous system. What emerged is what I now call Internal Alchemy: not a technique applied to a symptom, but a complete system that changes how a person inhabits themselves.

I offer Usui Reiki training at all levels — online and in person — alongside somatic release sessions, practitioner development programs, and immersive retreats in Chiang Mai. Each of these is different in form, but the thread running through all of them is the same: we work with what the body is actually holding, not just what the mind can explain.
