My name is Heike Holthaus and I created Equilibrium Holistic Care (EHC) from a heartfelt desire to help others find balance, peace, and wholeness within themselves. I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, Vibrational Fascia Release Technique™ practitioner, and Jin Shin Jyutsu student practitioner.

My own healing journey through Reiki has profoundly transformed my life—bringing me emotional clarity, inner calm, and a renewed sense of connection. It’s this sense of harmony I now feel honored to share with others.

The beauty of Reiki is that it is not bound by space. No need to leave the comfort of your home. Simply make an appointment for a time that is convenient for you, find a quiet, comfortable space and relax.

At the time of your appointment, we’ll meet for a brief chat (video or phone) prior to the session so I can answer any questions you might have. The you get to lay back and relax while you receive gentle but powerful Reiki healing energy. After the session, I am available for a brief follow up, if that is helpful to you.
