My name is Heike Holthaus and I created Equilibrium Holistic Care (EHC) from a heartfelt desire to help others find balance, peace, and wholeness within themselves. I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, Vibrational Fascia Release Technique™ practitioner, and Jin Shin Jyutsu student practitioner.

My own healing journey through Reiki has profoundly transformed my life—bringing me emotional clarity, inner calm, and a renewed sense of connection. It’s this sense of harmony I now feel honored to share with others.

At EHC, every session is uniquely tailored to the individual—because healing is never a one-size-fits-all process. No two sessions are ever the same, and each one unfolds in perfect alignment with where you are on your path. My role is to simply hold a safe, compassionate space for your healing to emerge naturally. I am not the healer—you are. I’m here to walk beside you, offering support, intuitive guidance, and encouragement as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and energy.
