Shamanic Healing and Reiki

I combine transformational life coaching (Master’s in Counseling) with Shamanic Healing, intuitive/spiritual guidance, and Reiki to help my clients transform patterns in their lives. I often also take a Shamanic approach, such as soul retrieval, to healing past trauma and patterns, which still may be subconscious. We also focus on how these patterns may affect physical health, helping my clients to create more mind/body/spirit wellness and wholeness in their lives.

Or, I am happy to provide Reiki sessions separately.

I have trained many people in Reiki since 2004, both in groups and one-on-one. I now offer all levels of Reiki classes virtually (yes, the attunements work!). I teach Usui Reiki, but often include information not included in other classes. Please contact me for my class schedule.
