Welcome. I’m Wendy Trager, Reiki Master Teacher and founder of Holistic Soul Center in Middletown, New Jersey.

For more than 15 years, I’ve helped people reconnect with themselves through intuitive guidance, energy healing, and compassionate support. My work began as a psychic medium, but Reiki has become the heart of my practice: a grounded, gentle foundation for healing that continues to shape both my personal life and my work with clients.

I believe healing happens best when people feel safe, respected, and truly heard. Every client arrives with their own story, experiences, and goals. I meet each person where they are while honoring the traditional principles of Usui Reiki. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your needs, whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, relief from stress, emotional balance, spiritual growth, or simply a quiet space to reconnect with yourself. Clients often describe my approach as compassionate, calming, and authentic.

I offer in-person and distance Reiki sessions from my office inside Salons by JC in Middletown, New Jersey, and work with clients throughout the United States and internationally through distance Reiki. I also provide Reiki Space Clearing & Healing for homes and businesses, and teach Usui Reiki Ryōhō through a supportive, student-centered training program that combines self-paced learning with live instruction and hands-on practice.

Whether you’re new to Reiki or continuing your journey, my goal is to help you experience the heart of Reiki, build confidence in the practice, and feel supported every step of the way. For those who choose to become practitioners, I also strive to help them share Reiki with humility, compassion, and integrity.

Reiki is not a replacement for medical or mental health care. I offer it as a complementary practice that supports overall well-being alongside traditional healthcare.
