Holistic Usui Reiki Master & Yoga Teacher
The practices and teachings of both Reiki and Yoga have influenced my life since high school. I’ve always been different with a natural positive energy that has guided me through the challenges life throws our way.
Holding onto anger, or being in a state of negativity has never felt good or natural – love, kindness and forgiveness have & continue to be my core values that motivate & inspire me to be of service and provide a safe & sacred space for others to expand & grow towards seeking spiritual growth and wellness that is accessible to anyone who seeks it.
I became a certified Reiki practitioner in July of 2016, then a certified yoga teacher in 2018 – through my experiences guiding and sharing both practices, I’m extremely humbled and grateful for these powerful, raw and healing teachings that amaze me through each and every session.
It is a honour to share and offer the teachings to those who seek to feel elevated, supported, peace, balanced and harmony. Services offered include;
- 1 hr Reiki sessions with guided mediation, crystals & aromatherapy
- 15-30 min domestic pet Reiki
- Home energy clearing
- Wellness workshops (Various)
- Private one to one Yoga sessions
- Group Yoga – max 10 (home studio with heated floors)
- Remote Reiki – distance healing
- Mobile Reiki – within 1 hr of Didsbury – must be in an area that is quiet and free of distractions
