Linda Dieffenbach is a Holistic Practitioner, Coach and teacher with a background in Social Work. She has over 15 years of experience in mental and behavioral health combined with over 15 years experience in Holistic Health & Wellness.
Linda is trained to work with the wisdom of the body’s energy system as a method to facilitate personal growth and healing. In addition to her expertise in the healing arts and coaching, she draws from her Social Work background in health and human services to support her clients in achieving improved health and well-being on all levels.
Following her Reiki training in 2002, Linda continues to expanded her knowledge and skills to incorporate holistic healing arts practices into her services. She is a certified Usui Reiki Master and Teacher, and a certified Heart IQ Master Practitioner. Additionally, Linda is trained in Somatic Regulation, Acupressure, Coaching, and Chakra Clearing. During her career, Linda has facilitated groups, training’s, workshops and events on stress management, healthy relationships, self care, spiritual growth, trauma informed care, and other healing and personal development topics.
Linda is also the founder and host of the Autumn Goddess Retreat Festival, a holistic community event and fundraiser supporting the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County.
Summary of Services
Linda provides holistic healing services for individual and groups, and also leads wellness workshops through her practice. Individual services include Reiki, Acupressure, Life, Wellness, and Relationship Coaching, Chakra Clearing, and Spiritual Counseling. Additionally, group services available include women’s circles, healing & support circles, Heart IQ Circles and events, and community events. Through these services, Linda helps her clients cope with challenging life experiences, navigate life transitions, cope with loss and change. She also helps them better manage stress and anxiety, improve their relationships, improve self-esteem, and engage in healthier self-care practices.
Linda also leads workshops on a variety of wellness topics, including stress management, healthy communication skills, meditation, and healthy relationships.
