I’m Audrey — founder of Mystic Medicine KC, Reiki Master Teacher, and lifelong explorer of consciousness. My work lives at the meeting point of the mystical and the practical — where spiritual development meets grounded embodiment, and ancient wisdom meets modern life.

For over a decade, I’ve walked between worlds — teaching Reiki, energy anatomy, archetypal healing, and sound therapy — while also working in corporate spaces where I learned how systems, technology, and communication shape human potential. That dual experience taught me something profound: true healing happens when energy and structure come into harmony.

I help those who are awakening — healers, leaders, and seekers — release old stories of limitation, reconnect with their inner guidance, and embody their highest expression. My approach blends Reiki’s original spiritual teachings with integrative tools like Internal Family Systems, Jungian archetypes, and the Kabbalistic principle of tikkun — transforming wounds into wisdom.
