I’m Philena Williams owner of Nirvana Holistic Health and Wellness Lounge I am from Port of Spain, Trinidad born and raised!

We offer physical and spiritual maintenance for modern individuals. I’m an intuitive healer and wellness practitioner who work with clients 1:1 or in group settings using various healing modalities: I facilitate meditation, Chakra Balancing, Reiki and a bunch of various classes. All of which can be done in person or via on-line calls or video chats.

I do and teach Chakra Balancing. I also do Angel Oracle card readings, I am a Reiki Grand Master, Reiki Master, (Usui, Crystal Reiki, Karuna Ki and Kundalini, Crystal Reiki ) , I am also a Spiritual Response Therapy practitioner, all of which helps to keep your mind, body and spirit in balance and working optimally.

I can help clear spaces of negative energies and vibrations and create sacred self-care spaces for meditation and relaxation, at home or at work. I’m also a massage therapist and jewelry designer.
I make sacred jewelry for raising your energetic vibration, wellness and meditation. The jewelry is made of mainly natural gemstones and infused with Reiki energy for your highest health and wellbeing under the brand Designed by Kaiya.
