90 minute session to cultivate a meaningful self-care practice. A private workshop that feels like a retreat for the mind, body, and spirit. Offered via phone or video on Saturdays to unwind and let go of the week! Cultivating Self-Care includes the following: -30 minute Reiki Session -Guided Self-Care Meditation -Clarity on strategies to avoid past roadblocks for self-care -Assistance in developing a personalized self-care plan -Discussion of metaphysical tools to support self-care

Schedule this wonderful 60 minute appointment from the comfort of your home. Set aside time for yourself to experience a gentle but powerful Reiki session. We will connect via phone or video, based on your preference. the last 15 minutes of the session we will discuss the process the session, including a message from an oracle card.
