Wendy Lloyd is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher & Reiki Practitioner. Wendy’s yoga journey began in 2011 when she started practicing Yoga & Meditation as a tool to help with anxiety and depression.
Wendy believes that Yoga & Meditation is the path to discovering our highest selves, our inner warrior and living a life of joy. Her intention in her teaching is to make Yoga available to everyone, using breath to guide our bodies while strengthening and stretching.
Wendy is very passionate about holistic wellness and helping others live a life of pure joy.
