Enchanted Healing Reiki Master Teacher, Breathwork Practitioner & Aromatherapist

Hello, my name is El, I am a single mum of 2 children and I live in Scotland. I work for the NHS as well as being a Reiki Master Teacher, Aromatherapist, Breathwork Practitioner and Tarot reader. I trained in Usui Reiki after encountering it 20 years ago at a wellness festival and felt drawn to it thereafter.  

When I started my training I just wanted to help others but over time I started to realise just how much it changed my life.  I went through many different challenges while discovering my abilities, learning and also practising Reiki working with myself. I then started to look at other modalities that would complement reiki and so I studied Aromatherapy.  This led to me start making bath salts and body products that I charge with reiki.

I trained as a Conscious connected breathwork Practitioner with Integrative Breath which was another avenue I took as it works on the body, mind and spirit and it means I can help people in all levels of the self. Over the years I have learned a lot, I started discovering myself and did find out that it is possible to find peace of mind, that I am responsible for my stress level and I choose to be positive or negative, and also how exciting it is to go through my spiritual path doing what I love. All that and the passion I feel has brought me to where I am now. 

In 2017 I started to teach Reiki and, at the very beginning, the main idea was to create a Reiki school to build up a Reiki community where everyone can try, learn or discover.
