Sheena Green is a Certified Usui Reiki Master and Intuitive Wellness Practitioner who supports empaths, highly sensitive people, and sensitive households (including anxious pets) in finding steadiness again—emotionally, energetically, and in the nervous system.

If you feel everything—other people’s moods, the energy in rooms, or your pet’s stress—life can get overwhelming fast. Sheena’s approach is gentle, grounded, and practical, combining Reiki with intuitive insight to help clear energetic buildup, restore calm, and bring you back to center in a way you can actually integrate into daily life.

Offerings include in-person and distance Reiki sessions, chakra/energy support, and Animal Reiki for both small and large animals, with care for the human–animal bond.
