I am a Reiki Master Practitioner, a qualified Professional Psychotherapist & Counsellor, Energy Healer, and Spiritual Guide based in Australia.
I work with Reiki in various ways but the most common way my process works is by combining person-centred Psychotherapy with Reiki Therapy and other forms of Energy Healing. I work with those experiencing distresses such as anxiety, depression, and relationships issues. I provide you with a non judgemetal space to speak about things that are troubling you. Instead of giving you opinions and advice within the sessions, I will ask you the right questions to help you tap into your own inner wisdom so that you leave the session with your own perspectives. I strongly believe that to truly understand, accept, and love ourselves, we need to understand both our light and shadow side, which is what I will be helping you with. To ease this process of growth and healing, I turn to Reiki and crystals to guide me to clear and heal your emotional blocks. My main goal is to help you raise your vibrations by breaking free from old patterns that hold you back and to help you get in touch with the person you really are beneath all the old patterns.

During the Reiki session, I allow Reiki energy to guide me to cleanse the chakras where there may be blocks. Blocks in our chakras lead to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual illnesses, which is why clearing these blocks are essential to help us lead a healthy and joyous life.

As a Reiki Master, I also teach Reiki so that you can include it in your everyday life and reap it’s benefits. I teach Usui Reiki Levels 1 & 2. These will be conducted online over Zoom, Skype or whatsapp video call. You will receive a manual that you can use as a reference and a certificate will be awarded to you at the end of the workshop.
