Welcome to MindNest
I’m Dr Mahasweta Mandal — Trauma-Focused Burnout Coach, Inner Child Healer & Reiki Master Teacher, and also a professor who spent years living as a high-functioning woman constantly doing, giving, achieving… while silently feeling emotionally exhausted inside.
From the outside, life looked “fine.”
I was responsible, hardworking, productive, always managing everything. But internally, my nervous system was constantly in survival mode — overthinking, carrying stress in my body, struggling to slow down, and feeling emotionally disconnected from myself.
Like many women, I had learned from a young age to stay strong, suppress emotions, and keep going no matter how overwhelmed I felt. I didn’t realize how much unresolved stress, inner child wounds, and emotional pressure my body had been carrying for years.
Reiki & Ho’oponoponobecame the first space where my body truly felt safe enough to soften.
Not perform.
Not fix.
Not overthink.
Just breathe.
Through Reiki, EFT tapping, and Ho’oponopono, I slowly began reconnecting with myself in a deeper way. My reactions softened, my body felt calmer, and for the first time in a long time, I stopped living only from survival mode and started feeling emotionally present again 💗
That personal healing journey is what inspired MindNest — a safe, compassionate space for emotionally exhausted women, working professionals, mothers, and sensitive souls who are tired of carrying everything alone.
My sessions are gentle, grounding, and deeply personalized. You do not need to be “spiritual enough” or have any special beliefs to receive healing. You simply need a willingness to pause and allow yourself to be supported 🤍
Many clients come to me feeling:
* emotionally overwhelmed or burnt out
* constantly stressed or anxious
* disconnected from themselves
* stuck in overthinking, guilt, or emotional exhaustion
* carrying childhood wounds, mother wounds, or relationship pain, energetic toxic cords.
Together, we work on healing not just the symptoms, but the emotional and energetic patterns underneath them.

Along with 1:1 healing sessions, I also offer Reiki training, distance healing sessions, group reiki sessions and workshops because I believe healing is not just something you receive — it’s something you learn to carry within yourself every day .
