This Reiki group session is designed to promote healing and balance through the gentle flow of Reiki energy.

Reiki energy supports the release of emotional blockages and past traumas, helping to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress. Participants often experience improved sleep, increased clarity, and a sense of peace and wellbeing.

The circle is facilitated by Reiki Master Heike Holthaus. Her vision is to provide a safe space for letting go of what no longer serves and inviting in healing energy to renew body, mind and spirit.
