Reiki, Yoga, and Halotherapy

Hello! I am Steph a Chronic Lyme Disease Survivor and US Army Veteran.
I have been doing energy work since I was 8 years old, however like so many this was not popular and so I pushed it way down. During my last deployment, in Afghanistan, I started my study in Usui Reiki., Green Tara, Violet Flame, and Blue Star. I have been providing Reiki Sessions since 2020. I am an Advanced Reiki Practitioner and specialize in Wellness and PTSD. I am also a 500 RYT and specialize in Yin Yoga and leading Yoga Retreats.
I see clients in person at my yoga and wellness studio. I provide 45 minute Reiki session for $35 or a Halotherapy Reiki Session 1hr for $65.
