My name is Lorna and I have been practicing Reiki in the beautiful town of Sudbury, Suffolk, UK for 4 years.

Having suffered with fibromyalgia since 2007, I was fortunate to be introduced to Reiki as an alternative therapy to help with my condition. It wasn’t long before my symptoms started to ease and there began my love of Reiki.

The healing made such a huge impact on my life that I decided to train as a Usui Reiki Practitioner, and I have since attained Master/teacher level and Crystal Reiki Master/Teacher Level.

Whilst I treat a wide variety of ailments (stress, anxiety, cancer and long covid in more recent times etc) because of my personal experience with fibromyalgia I specialise in this area.

I offer both face-2-face Usui Reiki and Crystal Reiki at my therapy room in the market town of Sudbury, Suffolk. This is a popular tourist destination located within easy reach of Long Melford and Lavenham.

Where crystals are used within your session, you may purchase the Reiki infused crystals to continue your healing at home.

For those who are not able to attend in-person appointments, I also offer Distant Reiki sessions. Believe it or not, Reiki is just as effective when done long distance!

This works especially well in pandemic times like these. You can reap all the benefits of Reiki without worrying about travelling and risking exposure to Coronavirus.

Distant Reiki healing is the practice of sending Reiki to someone without them being present. The Reiki healer will make an energetic connection with the client and send energy to that specific location. This has many benefits including:

1. The client does not have to be in the same room (or country) for the Reiki healing to work
2. It is useful for clients who are unable to travel to receive a treatment in person
3. Ideal for animals who are too stressed or wild to have a close session with a Reiki healer
4. The Reiki healer does not have to travel to the patient
