The Energy Alcove

I help spiritual seekers raise their vibrational energy to live their best life. We are all made up of energy and we vibrate at a certain frequency. Studies have shown that people who vibrate at a higher frequency are generally more happy. Happier people enjoy life more. Let me lift your vibrational energy by combining my Reiki and Life Coaching services. Separate, they both do a wonderful job of helping you live a happier life, but together they take you to a higher frequency.

I received Reiki Level 1 and 2 certifications through Om2Ohm Meditation and Wellness Center located in Columbus, Ohio as well as through The Reiki Academy in London. I am also a certified Life Coach through Coach Training Alliance.

Life Coaching

This includes one month of 3 life coaching sessions with a certified coach, 1 check-in call, 3 quick coaching e-mails, accountability, progress recording, personal client interface. It may take 3 to 6 months to work through one area that you would like to focus on. (I also offer a 2 session and 4 session month package)
Reiki Session
$115.00
This includes one month of 3 Reiki sessions; 1 check-in phone call, if needed; 3 email correspondence to ask me a quick question between sessions, and on-line journaling to track your progress. (We do have 2 and 4 session monthly packages available also.)
