I offer a space for deep healing for life’s sacred transitions- grief, loss, new beginnings, and personal transformation. This is a place for you to heal, release, and remember the sacredness of your own BE-ing. Sessions are tailored to meet your “you”nique journey and I’m deeply honored to walk this path with you.
Over the years I’ve been blessed to have studied and become certified in a variety of healing modalities- Primordial Sound Meditation {Teacher}, Diploma in Sound Healing, Reiki certifications across several lineages {Usui Ryoho, Kundalini, Seichim, Tibetan Soul Star to name a few}, Mindfulness Coach, JoyPotential Coach with Somatic Reimprinting, Relationship Coach, Applied Polyvagal Theory training, and becoming trauma informed in my Somatic Healing certification. Through learning these practices I’ve come to understand that healing is a deeply personal and sacred journey.
My own sacred transition occurred when I attended a Reiki retreat weekend where I allowed myself to truly trust the process and open myself to the healing. I was forever changed after that weekend and I instantly pulled Reiki into Sound Healing. I love to blend Reiki and Sound together with Crystals and whatever else my intuition calls for. I understand how to meet you where you are, personalize the session so you get what you need at that moment, and then allow those healings to build upon another. If you are attending traditional talk therapy or using other complementary modalities, our work can super-charge that process leading you to incredible breakthroughs.
