At CW Wellness, I offer gentle, heart-centered Reiki and Chakra Balancing sessions designed to support relaxation, emotional well-being, energetic balance, and nervous system restoration. My approach is calm, intuitive, and deeply compassionate, creating a safe space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and simply breathe.

Each session is personalized to meet you where you are, whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stressed, energetically stuck, or simply in need of quiet support and self-care. Reiki works gently with the body’s natural energy systems to encourage balance, clarity, grounding, and a greater sense of inner peace.

In addition to Reiki, I also incorporate chakra balancing techniques to help support energetic alignment and overall wellness. My goal is never to “fix” you, but rather to support you in feeling more connected, supported, and at ease within yourself.
