Using Reiki, sound healing, and Yoga Nidra meditations with crystal bowls, I tailor each session to support your intentions, regulate your nervous system, and promote deep relaxation. Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, or seeking balance, I provide a safe, nurturing space to restore harmony and well-being. I offer in person sessions at my studio, group sound baths at local yoga studios, and am available for private retreats, events, corporate wellness.
