Environment Setup:
- Ensure a peaceful, comfortable environment, free from distractions.
- Play gentle, soothing background music to create a healing atmosphere.
- The room should be warm and inviting.
Introduction (1-2 minutes):
- Invite participants to lie down in a relaxed position.
- Encourage them to close their eyes and focus on their breath, inhaling and exhaling slowly and deeply.
- Introduce the session’s objective of supporting the immune system through Reiki and visualization.
Reiki Session (15-20 minutes):
- Start by grounding yourself and setting an intention to boost the body’s natural immune response.
- Begin the Reiki treatment at the head, gradually moving down the body.
- Pay special attention to the chest area, where many of the vital organs associated with the immune system are located.
- Encourage participants to visualize the Reiki energy as a healing light, traveling through their body, revitalizing and strengthening each part.
Transition to Guided Meditation (1-2 minutes):
- After the Reiki treatment, guide participants to maintain their relaxed state, shifting focus to the visualization.
Guided Meditation (10-15 minutes):
- Invite them to imagine a glowing shield of light surrounding their body.
- Describe this shield as strong and protective, capable of warding off illness and disease.
- Encourage them to see the light as an extension of their immune system, enhancing its ability to protect them.
- Guide them to visualize the shield becoming brighter and stronger with each breath, reinforcing their body’s defenses.
- Throughout the meditation, emphasize feelings of health, strength, and vitality.
Closing (2-3 minutes):
- Gradually guide participants back to awareness of their physical surroundings.
- Invite them to take a few deep breaths, slowly bringing movement back into their body.
